    That's twice in 9 years Black Toyota Dalby wouldn't sell me a new car. Buy local.....don't bother! Strange way to run a business.

    Wouldn't sell me a new car, because it was their demo stock. Went straight to Toowoomba Toyota and got what I needed. What Black Toyota didn't understand is that I am signing up for Toyota Access and will renew the car every 2 years for the rest my life.....at Toowoomba Toyota!

    Went to pick my vehicle up from Blacks Dalby this morning as the panel shop left it there yesterday with the assurance that all would be fine. Pick from 8am to 12pm they say !!! Well i get there at 8am after a 2 hr trip and we cant find the keys ??? Poor salesman tried his best ringing 4 people and no answers ?? Spare parts staff turned turned up at 8.30am and found my keys in a locked draw in the office and not in the key safe ?? Luckly they didnt need to get my car out in a hurry because except for one person no one knew where my keys where ??? Apparently this spare parts staff member told me its my fault at they dont open to 8.30am... no my problem u need to sort this out internally !!!!
